Cleaning with Kayla is pleased to offer our professional cleaning services. To secure your booking, we kindly require a 50% deposit. This deposit ensures that your appointment is reserved and guarantees our dedicated team will be there to provide you with exceptional service. **Please be advised that all cleaning packages require full payment upfront at the time of booking. This policy enables us to offer you a significant savings opportunity. Should you or I need to postpone or cancel your services for any reason, you will be charged for the complimentary deep cleaning and any additional cleanings you've utilized, with the remainder of your payment refunded. All refunds will be processed within 7-14 (business days) Thank you for your understanding!***

Any cleanings that are canceled outside of the 48 hour Range will result in 50% off from that cleaning, that is for regular cleanings and packages. Any cleanings that are canceled later than 24 hours will result in losing that whole cleaning we have unfortunately had to many cleanings that have been canceled last minute, leaving our employees without pay for that day, so this is the only way to insure they're still getting paid, as they could've had another client on their schedule. If cleaning with Kayla has to cancel or reschedule, your next cleaning we will add 1-2 deep cleaning items of your choice for free. 

NO REFUNDS POLICY: We understand things can be missed that leaves you to be left unhappy. And we never want that, please bring anything that might've left you unhappy to my attention, and we will get someone sent out to fix those said areas for you. 

MOVE OUT CLEANINGS: Are to be paid full upfront at the time of booking. We block off an entire day to clean a big cleaning like this. 

Payment for the day of cleanings are due at the time of arrival. No later than 15-25 min after we have arrived and started cleaning. This is to insure we get paid and don't have to wait hours or days, or potentially not get paid at all which has happened to us multiple times.
